To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
We ship Pan India through our distribution partners.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders above Rs.999 and a standard charge of Rs.100 is applicable on order value below that.
We aim to dispatch your orders from our warehouse within 24 hours of the order placed (Holidays are excluded).
Transit time varies from 3-7 days based on the location from which the order is placed. We aim to ensure that all order are delivered to the customers within 7 days from the date of order. However, there might be occasional delays due to delay at our logistics partner end.
Yes we accept COD payment method. However, we encourage you to make payment through various payment gateways available on our website.
In such scenarios, We will evaluate the situation from case to case basis and offer full refund if there are exceptional delays.
If you think, you have received the product in a damaged condition, please call our customer care at 91-7982160094 or drop a whatsapp message or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. Please make sure that the original product label and packing is intact when you return the product to us
You just need to drop us a mail at Sales@nutrimakhana.com mentioning that you want to return the product delivered and you will get a revert within next 24 working hours.
The product should be unused and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery. Return shipment fees will have to be borne by the customer.
As soon as we get the product back, we will provide a refund within 8-10 working days.
As our products are Perishable Goods, we only support refund and return when there is any manufacturing defect.
Please note that once your order has been placed, you can cancel it within 4 hours of placing the order and 5% of total order value (for prepaid orders) will be deducted. Cancellations done beyond the stipulated time will be treated as return.
We do not accept return of goods, However if the product is received in the following condition then we offer replacement of goods on case to case basis;
1) Damage in Transit
2) Leaked Packages
3) Soggy Products
4) Any other damage that can be validated with relevant pictures.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
